Baildon to Ilkley!

Over the hills, and the moors, and far away, time to have a play!

A brilliant walk from Baildon to Ilkley on a day where blue skies were actually visible, and some sunshine. Most of the walk is on tracks and paths, although as you'd expect it was quite muddy in places.

After climbing up to the top of Baildon Moor you are treated to stunning views of Wharfedale. As you approach Ilkley, you can also enjoy a trip to the Stanza Stone and the iconic Cow and Calf rocks.

There's the added bonus of Matthew seemingly knowing the moor like the back of his hand, whereas I'd almost certainly get a little lost!!
