Marking time

Jake had his regional Drill competition at Ohakea this morning. We shot up there first thing to watch. It was great watching them in perfect unison knowing just how much training these kids have put in. They train themselves as well with very little input from Adults. They range from 13 year olds to 17 year olds.

It was freezing as well. About 5 degrees celcius. We froze but while marching the kids did not flinch. Some squadrons even competed in short sleeves.
