Daughter Three before kickoff

Wonderful day, lots of snivelling and blubbering from the father of the bride. 
The two families merged really well, both sides friendly but weird. I meet lots of new people but I think they had all beèn pre-warned about me so no problem.
Storm Cearon caused a few problems, especially at the end of the night, the road back being flooded and closed by the police. We had offered D2 a lift back to their hotel, we got within 2 miles of it before we were turned back. 40 minute detour to their hotel then 30 minutes back to ours. A long day and unexpectedly long end bit but very good day.
