Didn't blip yesterday........rough as toast......gippy guts.....queasy.....palpitations....the Daughter said it was the after effects of the energy drinks I'd had to get me through the Dad saga on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Therese visited tonight...lasagne and wine....sat in the conservatory....listening to the rain drumming on the glass...telling jokes (me)....wittering (The Boss and Therese).

God I needed that after the week I've had.

Dad is in hospital over the weekend....might be home early next week.

Think it's time for a serious talk about some help for him.
