Phew

............. it’s been a very trying four days but at last it’s all finished and up and running - it’s so nice to be warm again ;-)
It was difficult to keep the cats out of the way of the plumbers, especially as they were randomly working in every room of the house at some point ........ Bear thought it was great fun trying to supervise everybody’s work and poor Boo was just terrified of them and it was hard for him to hide when ‘the strangers’ seemed to be everywhere, bless him - he’s very relieved to have his house back to normal and toasty again ;-)
The plumbers were excellent and very patient with us and the cats, so I’m pleased we chose to use them - they made a difficult experience much more bearable and I’m grateful to them, phew, I’m exhausted but thankful ;-))
