Welcome to sunny Scotland

Okay, it was still dark after I had passed through passport control, collected my luggage, and headed to car hire. Just a pity I still had to wait twenty minutes for the place to open.

A lovely reunion with Mum, but it wasn’t long before the list of things to do was referred to. Shopping, lots of it, seems to be the order of the day, today, and many more still to come. But I have only seen a bit of the list, so who knows what other gems of excitement are ahead of me.
