Mr & Mrs Mallard

The waterfowl population up at the Heritage Park is increasing now that we are heading towards winter. 

The Greylag geese, male Mallards, Tufted ducks, various Gulls and a couple of Lapwings are all making themselves at home again. The Canada geese are still absent but they will return.

Plenty of wee birds in the garden this morning .... sparrows, goldfinches, coal tits, blue tits ..... the feeders are empty again!
