Halloween!

The cold and wind had some effect on the TrickOrTreat crowds.  Most of the participants were older kids. My guess is that the parents of babies and toddlers decided that getting that cold for penny candy wasn't worth it.
   But we did get to see the little ones that live close to us.  This is the woman who lives next door and her granddaughter.
