Yellow and orange

Thank you for your empathy regarding the news of Mr's sight revelation.  

I'm trying to help with his diet.  Reading up, advice recommends eating foods with yellow and orange colour but also green and generally a balanced, nutritious diet.  It may have been on my mind when I took this blip.

It sounds like we have to batten hatches over the next couple of days.
