Trolley at the Crossroads

A long, tedious day at the hospital in Inverness, and although my day was dull, it was far better than DH's.  They took more blood samples, did a bone marrow biopsy, gave him a chest x-ray, and finally a transfusion of two units.  Bottom line, 'abnormal blood count' and B12 deficiency, and some other things.  They sent him home with more meds and a warning that an infection would be Very Bad.  Left the house at 7 am and got back home at 8:15 pm.  Still processing all the information.
But.  I did spot a trolley on a brief foray into Inverness centre.
