Grey Heron

It was very, very wet this morning and quite overcast. I wasn't sure if there would be any visitors but there were 3, The little female (pictured) the middle male and the adult male. The little female was content as she was right in front of me so got her share with ease the middle male was competing with the adult male and kept chasing him. I was able to get a couple of bits to him at that stage. Once I had fed the other two I made my way round to the clearing adn met up with the adult male and gave him his share.
The crows were there in numbers again. However I would not have believed this if I hadn't seen it. A crow was in front of me with a biscuit in its beak. I went to throw a bit of fish to the middle male, the crow dropped the biscuit and took off and caught the the bit of fish mid air. It ate it, came back picked up the biscuit and flew off!
