The Vagabond

I drove down to Chris's this morning and the roads were really busy as the M6 was shut in Staffordshire. The queues were terrible. I don't understand why the motorways have to be shut for hours on end sending so much traffic on lesser roads causing so much inconvenience  and queues galore. The lorries were awful, at times 3 in a row trying to overtake each other holding everyone behind up. The other thing I dislike about lorries is they never stick to the speed limit either in road works or in queuing traffic. I wonder if they get speeding fines.
When I arrived I got a lovely welcome from Oscar. We had a lovely walk by the canal this afternoon, the sun was still out. The wind and rain have arrived now. The photo is the first Vagabond and it has been festering here for years.
