Notes: Didn't sleep great, was awake 1245a for a bit and then woke around 5a-ish and couldn't go back to sleep. The air outside was downright chilly and fantastic! Got the air moving thru more and it dropped to 69 inside (wahoo!). Made coffee around 715a and around the house enjoying sweats and half-gloves! Mid morning I turned on the tv (unusual for a weekday) and my electric fireplace a bit (w/o heat). After awhile, I decided to go to the pool since it was bright sunshine and was plenty warm over there. Used the Doterra face stuff again and immediately the large flaming blotches, L side the worst (have to just give this up for awhile) - is like a healthy version of chemical peel I think. Early shower after the pool and then ate around 145p. Leisurely afternoon and then laid down for a meditation/nap ~4-5p, took awhile to wake up. Watched some TV and then 720-820p. Nice cool weather all thru the day and cool breeze at night. To sleep a bit after 11p.
