Selfie (yes, I know Halloween was yesterday)

I've got a couple of paid portrait jobs coming up in the next month, so for the first time I've invested in a (very) cheap lighting set-up and spent an hour trying it out this morning (albeit with no model except myself available).

If we ignore my ugliness and hairy face, and the fact I forgot to stick my chin out and pose correctly (I was concentrating very hard on holding a reflector and pressing the shutter), and I was probably facing the wrong way ... apart from all of that ... I'm not too unhappy with it as a first attempt. I shall keep practicing and maybe have a shave next time :)
