A wee find!

This swimming pool area is in the hotel on Mesaha Square, 2 mins from the apartment, and is a little oasis in this huge noisy city! I came in this morning for a look around and found this on the mezzanine floor! You can pay by the day to use the pool facilities or join for a month. It's very reasonable by European standards and the cost includes use of the sauna and steam room, so I'll be back.

A day of wandering around and I bought a few bits and bobs for my room. Annoyingly, when I got out the taxi tonight, the bag strap broke and so the flower vase and three little bowls I'd bought all smashed. They weren't expensive, but it took me ages to find what I wanted!
