Hot Chillies

The pot grown chilli plant was the most successful plant in our garden this year. There is a bag full of chillies in the freezer, a string full drying, and these in olive oil. 
They are extremely hot, this is ironic because my long suffering better half doesn't like fiery food. I can't bear to dump them; yet.
 But I will never be able to use them all.
I hope to find the odd photo to post from time to time, until I can regain my enthusiasm. Thanks for continuing to take a look.
