Halloween

What to do on a damp morning? After a coffee break we had a trip to Beningbrough which had an interesting photographic display. The lower photo was taken here. The top was on my wander around this afternoon.

We had a look at the new housing estates on the periphery of the town although the estate offices are not open until Thursday.

Richard needed a break so I continued the tour on foot. It certainly will help us to decide which areas would be attractive to us. The difference it would make to Richard would be a big plus. I also met a lady in the library who had moved to Easingwold only a year ago. She has involved herself in various groups and was very positive about her experience. So coming to spend a few days getting to know the area was well worth it. Will just have to book better weather next time!
