An easy bimble in to work as I pulled up to take my iPhone out a kingfisher came screaming along the riverside, saw me and did a looping turn around, several egrets lifted off just below me. With very little shore left they would presumably head into a nearby field to forage.
Got drenched riding home but feet didn’t get too wet, only from some of the deeper puddles I couldn’t avoid.
