Jon the fletcher

I guess he would have been Jon Fletcher if he had lived in medieval times! Snapped this of him re feathering his arrows after work this evening.

Work was...well, what work is. A large pile of it. I was very cold today and had 2 hot water bottles, and slippers on.

Yoga was cancelled due to our teacher being ill, but Jon and I did some exercises anyway. I did a bit of yoga and some stomach exercises. It was better than doing nothing.

Another month has come to an end. Where is this year going! No Halloween stuff here, but lots of memories of Halloween and pumpkin pictures popping up on Facebook. We used to do it when the children were young. Now i try to avoid the temptation by having no sweets in the house. It is pitch black in our lane, so people rarely walk down anyway.
