Very proud of the volunteer team today, they got their nav right, looked out for each other and there were genuinely informative and hilarious moments.

Also v pleased with my own decision not to be the assessor, and for the fact I trust Tom to do an amazing job.

As part of their assessment they have to give a short talk to enthuse or inspire or inform their group about something relevant to the scheme (so pretty much anything) . I have, over the years, heard a lot of these. Today was first; Wombats. Made slightly more sense when we realised a slightly nervous (she did amazing) M had mispoken and meant Wallabies.
They just need to stay focused and do it all again tomorrow!
