Almost solo yoga

A short lunchtime class where it’s always easy to get a place. Fortunately six others turned up just after I’d got my opportunistic blip.

A few barking incidents with Islay again today, always small dogs, and we got through several sausages which distracts her most of the time.

Listened to the covid inquiry this afternoon, I couldn’t possibly comment.

And after having lived on a largely plant based, sugar free diet for the past fortnight I succumbed today with a slice of my neighbour’s homemade birthday cake, and then later, two lamb chops. Delicious.
