The Dancing Shed

OK another blip pic of my Dancing Shed but I promise this is the last, well for a while.

Gillian Smith, Visual Arts Officer for Falkirk and Emma Hamilton of the (former) Changing Room were amongst my visitors.

Emma (right) ran the only contemporary art gallery in central Scotland until Stirling Council withdrew funding.

We are all very angry especially since the Council have announced they are giving over £180,000 to a local fashion designer to promote the arts in the area - while at the same time withdrawing funding from many arts organisations.

Forth Valley Open Studios has no council funding so we can say what we think without fear of yet more cutbacks.
