'Lentil Tofu'

I had decided to give this incredibly simple recipe a try after watching a youtube video.
After making it and putting into the refrigerator to set, I really had low expectations.
Happily, the end result is amazing. Great springy texture, and a very nice taste almost reminiscent of falafel (but still unique).
The recipe is barely one.
Red lentils
Water
Onion and garlic powder
salt
