Stirling Castle from the Kings Knot.

With added interest from MaggieD and Chloe.
The Kings Knot below the walls of Stirling Castle was laid out as formal gardens from at least the 17th century but was transformed during World War 2 and the “Dig for Victory” campaign to a giant vegetable garden.
Chloe enjoyed a good run on the grass and posed along with her Mum for photos.
Nice to see the sun for a while but that east wind was bitter!
