Cooking!

I had to wait in today for my malfunctioning gas meter to be replaced so I managed to get a fair bit done in the kitchen - being freezing of some portions of mince, cooking some kidney (to be added to frozen casserole made a few days ago), and mushrooms again for the freezer.

Then I made these two individual flans.
