HOW MANY SHADES OF PINK FOR BCAM 2023 - DAY 30?

Hello lovel Blippers, 

I was hoping that as this is the penultimate day of Mrs HCB’s BCAM challenge that we would go out somewhere, but sadly she didn’t sleep well, and is feeling somewhat “under the weather“.  Mr HCB wonders if she did too much yesterday! 

Because I like to know what things mean, and I know Mrs HCB does too, I did look up the meaning of that phrase and found out that it is a nautical term from the days of old sailing ships. A sailor who was feeling unwell would be sent below deck to protect him from the weather - so being below deck the sailor would literally be “under the weather“! Quite simple when you think about it isn’t it?

Because we didn’t go out I sat in front of these beautiful roses given to Mrs HC be a couple of weeks ago by a friend.  They are a beautiful shade of deep pink, so we both thought they would fit the bill for today.
