Enjoying a mid morning snack

Much better weather this morning ..... quite dull but no rain which, after yesterday's deluge was a bonus.

A good walk in Pollok this morning. The squirrels are very active at this time of year as they scamper among the fallen leaves searching for their 
stash of acorns.

An unexpected visit to the optician this afternoon after getting a phone call telling me that the frames I had chosen for my choir glasses were out of stock. A new pair had to be chosen ..... not a problem for many but I need very small frames and it can be tricky to find suitable ones that don't fall off my nose. Occasionally I have had to choose from the children's range!
