Soggy Mushrooms

It has rained on and off all day so far…I did sneak out for a short walk in one of the less damp times.

Found this clump of mushrooms growing on a grass verge.

I believe they are common inkcaps, the new caps emerging are smooth and not shaggy. The main clump was huge - about 30cm across and 10cm or so high. Quite a spectacular sight.
