Grey Heron

There were 4 Heron today. They started out at the gate but very soon flew over to the slope. The little female (pictured) was in her usual position in front of me, leaving the other two (the middle male and the other female) to jostle for positions behind me. They all got a feed (including a brave crow who just went for it and won. I then made my way towards the adult male's hiding place where he was waiting for me.
The crows were fine with biscuits.
