Gossiping Camels.
Emily had gymnastic class in the morning and Daniel still wasn't on top form, so we decided to make an early start on the road home.
I can't remember when we had a day at home when mist hung around all day. While in Sheffield we had a few and today was one of them. I was left wondering if the eastern side of the country has a different Highway code from ours. In conditions where even cars with the lights on faded from view in 3 or 4 hundred yards almost 10% of cars had no lights on. Sheer madness.
As we drove north the mist thinned apart from on the higher ground, by the time we reached Scotch Corner it was gone. We stopped for lunch at Mainsgill Farm Shop. We prefer it to the service station at the motorway, also there is a better chance of a blip.
As we were ready to leave I wandered down to have a look at the Bactrian Camels. These two seem to be gossiping about the third which was on its own at the other side of the field.
