Lynx 42, my eye in the water, returns to deck after another trip to the bottom of the North Sea.
This is the rear view - you can see the little thrusters that control this glorified remote control toy. From the front there would also be the colour and low-light cameras looking like a mismatched pair of eyes.
The frame around the ROV allows it to be lowered down to working depth before the Lynx swims out of it's cage, paying out the control cable just visible coiled up at the top of the picture.
