Millrace

Lovely morning so after digging parsnips and celeriac for lunch I went for a walk as far as the mill 
The water is pretty much back to its normal level now but the sluice gates were open so lots of water in the race.
Home and after coffee out to work on the organ. The springs still not strong enough so I took them out again and bent them to make them a bit tighter. That worked so that’s the glockenspiel almost done but as with all things to do with the organ we won’t know how well it works till everything is put together 
Clocks back last night so dark early today 
Rain overnight lovely morning and heavy showers this afternoon quite cool
