Red-Tailed Hawk

We keep seeing this hawk on the trail and it's always thrilling.
A nice day, sunny and quick. Eric trimmed my hair out in the brisk sunlight, then I cleaned up and we went to the annual Olson Birthday Party, an easygoing time where no mention is made of birthdays. Eric's niece, Tanja, always invites all her cousins and this time two came from Salt Lake City along with a 9 year old great nephew, just for the party, one overnight.
