A scrappy afternoon.

Nonetheless, a win on the road, a bonus point, against a determined opposition. Far too many penalties given away by our younger son’s team, needs attention before next Saturday’s home fixture.

We arrived in the vicinity in good time. But got caught up in local diversions and football traffic (and competition for parking!). We walked in as the whistle blew, missed the warm up.

Rugby World Cup 2023 Final this evening. South Africa v New Zealand. Family watched in different locations - we exchanged some good messages. South Africa won, their 4th World Cup 12-11! Have enjoyed the many games I’ve watched.
