Bedraggled

Someone will probably tell me what this flower is (B is out). They were looking proud right up until the 24 hour deluge we had a couple of weekends ago.

Is it a Chrysanthemum?

My mate Ed saw this and sent me this limeric his 85 year old dad did:

The Queen interviewed a new house-maid called Chrysanthamum,
Who said "my last post was with the Duke of Grantham, Mum.
I'm ashamed to admit
Why they asked me to quit-
I broke wind during the National Anthem Mum".

His dad was an entertainer. It shows doesn't it?.
