Dear friends came round today. Many years ago we went to Indian cookery classes together. They are still very much into creating India cuisine. He makes wonderful samosas with a Chinese dumpling press. He brought me a present of a set of them.

I texted them a thank you, and mentioned I didn’t understand the instructions. Lol .See the third instruction. Anyway, this is the only picture I’ve taken today so, here it is!
