On our way at last

A two hour delay due to morning fog at Schipol, but eventually we were on our way and wondering what would happen with our connecting flight.  Eventually the cabin crew informed us that our connecting flight had also been delayed and we landed with about an hour for our connection, however we then had to get through passport control — only 2 out of 11 desks open, finally through and a mad rush to the gate hoping we’d be in time only to find that the flight was delayed by another half hour, phew!
Finally got to the hotel in Vienna only 2 hours behind schedule.
