When we moved to the Lakes and I started to buy bread from this baker, in my local farm shop complex,  his main outlet was Manchester.  This Blip explains that he thought the Lakes market too seasonal for a shop.  Pleased to report that since then he's won prizes for his bread and has opened up a shop  for us locals, so we don't have to hang around the bakery door at the tiny stall in my previous Blip. 
I've also done his course but my bread is so inferior to his and as he's just down the road,  I might as well support his  shop and save myself a lot of effort.
