Day 5 of independent living.

My independence stay is going really well! I’ve enjoyed it so far. I went out for a walk and a coffee with my PA today at my favourite coffee shop. And then I came home and my Hello Fresh box was here. Hello Fresh is a delivery service that provides all the ingredients and step by step instructions on how to cook it.
Here is me with my freshly prepared hello fresh meal which I made myself! It’s chicken fried rice. Now I know why Gordon Ramsey swears all the time! Early to bed I think
