Today's the day . . . . . . . . . . . for Arran Malt

Our only wettish day today - but we set off on a tour of the northern coast of the island anyway.

We came upon the Arran Distillery near Lochranza at the perfect time for a coffee stop in their spanking new Visitor Centre.  This was an old copper still - a thing of beauty - in the car park.

The weather took a turn for the better and we even had a bit of sunshine in the afternoon.  This is the last day on Arran for Rob, Anna and the girls who will be off home on the ferry tomorrow.  Will and I have a couple of days more, just the two of us - until we have to go too . . . . . .
