Pie in the Sky

John Hill Butchers, High St, Dunblane.
Very near the China Gourmet, so caught my eye Friday evening.
I find I'm going off red meat, to a certain degree.
Off piste: sausages, pies, steak, any processed meat.
Still on piste:  bacon, casseroles.
I guess I'm halfway on a red meat journey.
This week has been heavy going at work, but incident free elsewhere, so shouldn't grumble, as they say.
