Never ending

A grey, wet day during which I lost over an hour 'Chatting' online to India in an attempt to get British Gas to stop sending me a bill for money I don't owe them. I had thought the matter had been resolved in September after an hour long phone call to India. Apparently not. I'm not entirely convinced it has been sorted this time but I'll no doubt find out when the next bill drops through the letterbox.
