It wasn't until just a few minutes before my usual half day home time that I learned that my extra hours started this week. I wasn't prepared so had to go to Tesco which was a 15 minute walk away to get my lunch.

The sales colleague I work closely with states that he wants me to increase our social media engagements to reach the level of a competitor in 8 weeks. On Facebook, the competitor has 200% more followers than us and about 100% more on Instagram.

So, in my 24 hours a week job, as the sole marketer of the company, I need to more than triple our social media engagements in 2 months. Additionally, I need to focus on other aspects of the business.

I'm just one guy, not an advertising agency!
