OUR BAKERY

Tony our son had always wanted to be a baker from the time he was little, and after doing two apprenticeships, on as pastry cook and other a bread making one, he eventually acquired his own bakery.
Sadly he is no longer with us, but his youngest daughter was 3/4 ways thru her apprenticeship and stepped in and took over.
It is now run by girl power - the photo on the left is my eldest grand-daughter who works in the shop and the other a long time employee who has become a good friend.
The baker grand-daughter was at home in bed as she had started at one a.m.
I am very proud of them - their mother is the overall boss, bookkeeper and general factotem.
