Pumpkin Patch!

This was the scene in my classroom before the mass pumpkin carving began! The children had a great time getting their hands inside their pumpkins and pulling out all the guts...they were covered to their elbows!!

We then worked together to draw on designs and carve them out. We had little cats, spooky faces and X's for eyes!

The mess was soon cleared away but the smiles, I hope will last somewhile longer. :-)

A lovely evening walk, in the fog again(!!), with Holly and Sylas in the pram. It really is a tonic to natter away and generally put the world back straight again for another week!
