Notes: Went to bed earlier and woke ~445a for an hour or so before back to dream sleep. Up 8a-ish then, coffee, online. Didn't cool down as much overnight. Another beautiful day with lots of sirens and loud traffic noises. Went to the pool tho and the entire community seemed empty (was lovely!). Saw this shrub by downstairs door with one red bloom at the top! Cleaned up a bit and was feeling tired and sluggish so tried a couple meditations - was hoping for a nap but didn't come. Decided to eat: steamed broccoli with chix salad on 1/2 croissant. Quiet afternoon, didn't hear from Joe until 5p and he changed the plan where I have to meet him (changing the plan is more status quo than not). Left just after 6p, was 5 mi to meet Joe. All went well and relatively easy scan with just one core cut - was back just a few min before 9p.
