Tea towel

Had a session with Lucy working on my leg - painful - but what a difference. I am now pain free and feeling more confident. So another day spent catching up with stuff accompanied by some very loud music :)

Swimming disaster averted by nipping to Tescos whilst Murron was having her lesson and buying a tea towel for 99p to take the place of the towel we managed to leave at home (again!)
