The Hand-Off

Seven days later, Wayne moves north to stay with his friend of forty years, Steve.  Steve, who clearly loves Halloween, says this is just the beginning of his decorations.  

I saw in his garage 20 full size skeletons yet to be hung, along with boxes of lights, and ghosts, and witches, and a full-sized version of Ichabod Crane's scary steed, Gunpowder  Steve told me that on Halloween night he gets nearly 1,000 Trick or Treaters!
