Crazy Weather

We had downpours today, and sun breaks, and more downpours. We're headed into some chilly weather, with tonight's overnight low being 39F/3.8C...colder yet over the next few nights. I've got to get out to the garden tomorrow to pick the last of the green tomatoes. They'll be finished for sure when it hits freezing!

I went to the farm to pick up my last CSA allotment (Community Supported Agriculture) today. Gorgeous fall veggies and the last of the tomatoes. I'll miss being there over the winter, but will join again in the spring. I thought the sky as seen from the barn was pretty spectacular. And looking at the barn from outside you'd barely know it was fall.
