Baby besties

They’ve naturally grown in their own directions and don’t see each other as often but, when we do get together, they’re still best friends and it’s very sweet. Evelyn is growing up so fast!!

A frustrating day trying to build Max’s new big bed (screws missing and we didn’t have any of the right type!) The bathroom light switch won’t work and the front door has swelled with all the rain so won’t open!! All first world problems I know but still annoying.
It was good to get out in the late afternoon sunshine for a chat with Sarah whilst the kids played in the park.

The bed was built in the end but unfortunately the shelving and clothes rail on the wall above came crashing down dramatically and left holes in the wall and a mess all over the new bed, arghh!!

Max was pleased with his bed though once it was all cleared up (extra)
Now to fix the shelf and find somewhere to hang all the clothes…
